Advertising, link placement and content partnerships: the answer is no, and the same address takes it. This site carries one commercial relationship, disclosed on every page that uses it, and does not sell placement in anything that looks editorial.
Press and researchers are welcome. Inform us of what you are working on and what you need.

The address is contact@gulfpipdeskae.com. We read all messages and reply to most mail within 48 hours. No account is created and there is no cost when you write to us; we have no login, no newsletter and no customer records.
Please add the page address to the subject line when your message relates to a specific page. With this, the right person reads it sooner than by any other means.

A number is never quietly edited to leave the page looking as though it always said that.
When a page is wrong
A correction is the most useful mail we get. If you find an error in a figure, licence number or date on this site, report the correct version to us along with your source, such as the CMA register, the broker's own terms or a regulator's notice.
A correction is made to the page by us, and the page states that this was done, with the date. Editing a number without any indication, so that the page seems unchanged, is not something we do.

Where we have to say no
We are not a broker and we are not the Capital Market Authority. We have no access to your trading account and cannot move your money, reset a password, release a withdrawal or intervene in a dispute. No one contacting this address has access to any of it.
If your money is held with a firm, your first step is your broker's own support, and the second is the CMA. If a firm is not on the CMA register, the regulator cannot help you either, and that is precisely why this site exists.

None of it passes through us, and we build no profile from any of it.
No recommendations, by design
We will not tell you what to buy, when to buy it, how much to risk or which broker to open an account with. That is advice, it is regulated in the UAE, and we are not licensed to give it. Mail asking for it gets a polite no.
Our aim is to explain how something on this site was worked out, to point at the public source behind a claim, or to fix a page that reads as though it were advice.
